Journey, Choice, and the Meaning of Home: New Free Lesson Plans for Tales of Odysseus

We’re excited to share our newest free lesson plans, designed to accompany Tales of Odysseus—a theatrical retelling of The Odyssey that centers endurance, leadership, and the cost of survival.

This adaptation brings Odysseus’s long journey home to the stage through ensemble storytelling, shared narration, and symbolic design. Rather than focusing on spectacle alone, the play highlights the choices that shape the journey: moments of temptation, acts of leadership, and decisions that carry lasting consequences for both Odysseus and his crew.
